Can Ordio manage more than one business? Each setup is for one business. That business can add multiple locations, which share its products and main settings.
Does Ordio require a monthly subscription? Ordio does not charge a monthly product subscription. Firebase, hosting, payment and messaging providers may charge separately.
Which hosting can I use? Netlify is recommended. Firebase Hosting, Cloudflare Pages and Vercel are also documented. Any other host must support HTTPS and route application pages to /index.html.
Can Ordio run on shared hosting? Yes, if the host can publish the dist folder over HTTPS and configure the required rewrite. Ordio still needs Firebase.
Do I use my own payment account? Yes. Connect the business Stripe, PayPal, Paystack or Yoco account. Each provider applies its own transaction fees.
Are WhatsApp costs included? No. Meta controls account approval, availability and messaging charges. Browser notifications use the browser and device settings.
Can customers pay manually? Yes. Pay at collection and pay on delivery do not require a payment provider.
Can I change the logo and business details? Yes. Manage business information in Settings and storefront text, images and colours in Appearance.
Can I modify the source code? Yes. Keep a clean backup because custom changes are outside standard support and may need to be reapplied after an update.

Does standard support include customisation? No. Standard support covers documented features, installation clarification and reproducible product issues.

How do I update Ordio? Create a backup and follow Updating before replacing an existing installation.
How do I back up Ordio? Export or back up Firestore, retain Firebase Storage files, save private environment values securely and keep the currently deployed dist and source.
Do I need a custom domain before installation? No. Complete the first launch on the host-provided HTTPS address, then connect the custom domain.
