Does Ordio require a monthly subscription?+
No. Ordio does not charge a monthly product subscription. Each setup runs through Firebase and hosting accounts controlled by the business, so provider charges may apply.
Does Ordio charge commission?+
No. Ordio does not take a percentage of each order. Firebase, hosting and payment-provider charges remain separate.
Which payment methods are included?+
Pay at collection, pay on delivery, Stripe, PayPal, Paystack and Yoco are supported. Provider accounts and transaction fees are separate.
Can I use collection and delivery?+
Yes. Enable either or both, with collection points, fixed delivery fees or distance zones.
Do I need to be an experienced developer?+
The guide takes you from initial setup to a complete test order. You need basic terminal access and your own Firebase and hosting accounts.
