Is Ordio a SaaS platform?+
No. Ordio is a self-hosted online ordering solution designed for one business per installation. You deploy it to accounts and services you control, giving you ownership of your setup, branding and business data.
Does Ordio charge commission?+
No. Ordio does not take a percentage of each order. Firebase, hosting and payment-provider charges remain separate.
Which payment methods are included?+
Pay at collection, pay on delivery, Stripe, PayPal, Paystack and Yoco are supported. Provider accounts and transaction fees are separate.
Can I use collection and delivery?+
Yes. Enable either or both, with collection points, fixed delivery fees or distance zones.
Do I need to be an experienced developer?+
The documentation provides a chronological installation path. Basic terminal, Firebase and hosting access is required.
